It’s Not About Nutrition (“we”, “us”) publishes recipes on itsnotaboutnutrition.com and sells digital cookbooks. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Digital cookbooks
Our cookbooks are digital PDF files. After payment you receive a download link by email, and you can download your files again from that link. Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Your licence
When you buy a cookbook, you may download, print and use it for your own personal and household use. Please do not resell, share publicly, or republish the files or their contents.
Refunds
If a cookbook is not right for you, contact us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Details are in our Refund Policy.
Recipes and food safety
Recipes are for general home cooking. Cooking times and results depend on your equipment and ingredients. Always follow safe food-handling practices, cook food to safe internal temperatures, and check ingredients for allergies. Nothing on this site is medical or nutrition advice.

The recipes, photos and text on this site and in our cookbooks belong to us. You are welcome to share a link to any page.
