The short version
If a cookbook is not right for you, contact us within 60 days of buying it and we will refund you in full. You keep the cookbook. We do not ask you to delete it or send anything back.

How to ask for a refund
Write to us through our contact page. Tell us the email address you used to buy and roughly when you bought. That is all we need. You do not have to give a reason.
How long it takes
We handle refund requests by hand, usually within a couple of working days. The money goes back to the same card you paid with. Your bank then normally shows it within 5 to 10 working days, which is their timing, not ours.
Payment and your card
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Digital products
Our cookbooks are digital PDF files you download straight after paying. This 60 day guarantee is something we offer voluntarily and it is more generous than the law requires. It does not take away any statutory rights you have.
