Andes mint fudge tastes like the little green-and-chocolate mints in a fudge square. A layer of chocolate fudge, a layer of mint green fudge, and chopped Andes mints on top. It uses sweetened condensed milk, so there’s no thermometer and no fuss. It’s the prettiest fudge on the Christmas tray.
