Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9-inch pan or line it with parchment.
  • In a bowl, stir the melted butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Stir just until combined.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips, cranberries and pecans.
  • Spread the batter in the pan. Bake 22 to 27 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  • Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into 16 bars.

Notes

Let the bars cool all the way before cutting so the white chocolate sets and the edges cut clean.
