Ritz Cracker Toffee Bark
Buttery round crackers baked under homemade toffee and topped with melted chocolate. A salty-sweet holiday candy.

Ingredients
- 1 sleeve round buttery crackers about 35
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- holiday sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lay the crackers in rows.
- Boil the butter and brown sugar for 3 minutes, stirring.
- Pour over the crackers.
- Bake 5 to 6 minutes.
- Scatter the chocolate on top, let it melt, then spread. Add sprinkles.
- Chill until firm and break into pieces.
