Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans pink salmon drained and flaked
  • 1 cup saltine crackers finely crushed
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup onion finely minced
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil; lightly grease.
  • Mix crackers, eggs, milk, onion, parsley, and seasoning until combined.
  • Gently fold in salmon until just combined.
  • Shape into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
  • Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
