Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 preferred, drained after cooking
  • 2 refrigerated naan-style flatbreads thicker flatbreads work best
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese or a little more, if desired
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or preferred fresh herbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
  • Cook until the beef is fully browned with no pink remaining, then drain off the excess fat.
  • Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Divide the cooked beef evenly between the flatbreads and spread it close to the edges.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the beef.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the flatbread edges are golden and crisp.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley or fresh herbs.
  • Let the flatbreads rest for a few minutes before slicing into squares or strips.

Notes

Add a drizzle of olive oil or a pinch of red pepper flakes after baking for extra flavor. Serve with salad or marinara for dipping.
