Ingredients

  • 4 frozen beef burger patties about 4 oz each, do not thaw
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Lightly spray the foil if desired to help the patties release cleanly.
  • Place the frozen burger patties on the prepared baking sheet with space between them. Do not thaw.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard until smooth.
  • Spoon the sauce over the tops of the frozen patties and spread it evenly to the edges.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Carefully flip each patty and spoon some of the pan drippings over the tops.
  • Return to the oven and bake for another 10–15 minutes, until the patties reach 160°F internally.
  • Let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use a thermometer to confirm the beef reaches 160°F. Add garlic powder or extra mustard for more flavor if you are not keeping it strictly four ingredients.
