Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  • Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn to coat evenly.
  • Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes

Try adding chopped fresh parsley or a dash of chili flakes for extra flair.
