Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk frozen into cubes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar-free sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen almond milk cubes, heavy cream, cocoa powder, sugar-free chocolate pudding mix, sugar-free sweetener, and vanilla extract to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and add a little more sweetener if desired.
  • Serve immediately for a soft frosty texture.

Notes

For a thicker texture, freeze the blended mixture for 20–30 minutes before serving. Use dairy milk instead of almond milk if preferred.
