Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz frozen hashbrown potatoes thawed
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese shredded, divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a 9×13-inch dish with foil.
  • Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
  • Stir in 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
  • Fold in hashbrowns until fully coated.
  • Spread into dish and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 40–50 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a crispier, golden top. Add cooked bacon or green onions if you want to elevate it slightly.
