Southern 3-Ingredient Peach Brie Bites

Flaky, creamy, and sweet Southern-style appetizer bites made with crescent dough, soft Brie, and peach preserves. These easy baked bites are perfect for parties, brunches, holidays, bridal showers, or quick entertaining.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 oz each
  • 8 oz Brie cheese cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and cut it into 24 small squares.
  • Press one dough square into each mini muffin cup.
  • Add one small piece of Brie cheese to each dough cup.
  • Spoon about 1 teaspoon of peach preserves over the Brie.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the crescent dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Let the bites cool in the pan for 3–5 minutes before removing and serving warm.

Notes

Add chopped pecans on top before baking for extra Southern flavor. Hot honey also makes a sweet-spicy finishing drizzle.
