1/4cuporange juicefresh is best

Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix the cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken chunks and toss to coat evenly.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in a single layer and sear for 1–2 minutes without stirring, then flip and brown the other sides. The chicken does not need to be cooked through.
In a bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together the chicken broth, soy sauce, orange juice, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and red pepper flakes.
Transfer the browned chicken to your slow cooker. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and gently stir to coat all the pieces.
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours, or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Serve the chicken over warm rice, and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy every bite!
Notes
For extra zest, you can add a bit of orange zest to the sauce. Adjust the red pepper flakes to make it as mild or fiery as you like.
