Ingredients
  

  • 1 can cherry pie filling 21 oz
  • 1 box yellow cake mix 15.25 oz
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker.
  • Pour the cherry pie filling evenly into the bottom.
  • Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pie filling—do not stir.
  • Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top of the cake mix.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the top is set and edges are golden.
  • Serve warm, optionally with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Notes

Try swapping the cherry filling with apple or blueberry for a fun twist.
