Ingredients
  

  • 2 to 2.5 lb small potatoes red or yellow, halved or quartered
  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease the slow cooker with oil or nonstick spray.
  • Add potatoes to the slow cooker.
  • Pour Italian dressing over the potatoes and sprinkle with salt.
  • Stir to coat the potatoes evenly.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until fork-tender.
  • Stir before serving and adjust salt if needed.
  • Serve warm with a spoonful of the herby cooking juices.

Notes
