Instructions
Lightly grease the slow cooker with oil or nonstick spray.
Add potatoes to the slow cooker.
Pour Italian dressing over the potatoes and sprinkle with salt.
Stir to coat the potatoes evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until fork-tender.
