Ingredients
- 3 lb Yukon Gold potatoes scrubbed and quartered
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter cut into pieces
- 1 cup chicken broth low-sodium or vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp fresh chives chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Place quartered potatoes into the slow cooker.
