Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 1/2 cup butter sliced
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the corn into the slow cooker.
  • Add the cubed cream cheese and sliced butter on top of the corn.
  • Pour the milk over the mixture.
  • Sprinkle the sugar, salt, and black pepper evenly over the ingredients.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 3–4 hours, stirring occasionally until the cheese and butter are melted and the mixture is well combined.
  • Stir again before serving to ensure everything is evenly distributed and creamy.

Notes

This dish can be prepped ahead of time and kept warm in the slow cooker for serving. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or smoked paprika for a bit of kick!
