Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain the excess fat.
In the bottom of a slow cooker, layer the diced potatoes evenly.
Add the cooked ground beef on top of the potatoes.
Layer the beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, and cream of mushroom soup over the beef.
Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
About 10 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
Serve warm and enjoy this hearty casserole!
Notes
For a smoky twist, add 1/2 tsp smoked paprika or use fire-roasted tomatoes instead.
