condensed cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
Lightly grease the slow cooker.
Place chicken in a single layer in the slow cooker.
Scatter mushrooms over the chicken.
Whisk Marsala wine and condensed soup until combined.
Pour mixture over chicken and mushrooms.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2.5–3.5 hours.
Check chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
Taste sauce and adjust seasoning if needed.
Optional: thicken with cornstarch slurry or stir in cream.
Slice or shred chicken and return to sauce before serving.
Notes
Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice. For a richer finish, stir in heavy cream at the end.
