Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1.5 cups Marsala wine
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz, undiluted

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease the slow cooker.
  • Place chicken in a single layer in the slow cooker.
  • Scatter mushrooms over the chicken.
  • Whisk Marsala wine and condensed soup until combined.
  • Pour mixture over chicken and mushrooms.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2.5–3.5 hours.
  • Check chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
  • Taste sauce and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Optional: thicken with cornstarch slurry or stir in cream.
  • Slice or shred chicken and return to sauce before serving.

Notes

Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice. For a richer finish, stir in heavy cream at the end.
