Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and chicken broth until well combined.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken and cover to allow the cheese to melt.
  • Just before serving, top the dish with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.
  • Serve the cheesy bacon ranch chicken directly from the slow cooker and enjoy!

Notes

This dish pairs beautifully with mashed potatoes, rice, or even pasta. For a low-carb option, serve it over cauliflower mash or steamed veggies. Leftovers can be shredded and used in wraps or sandwiches the next day.
