Slow Cooker Amish Garlic Butter Chicken Noodles

Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken breasts boneless, skinless, diced
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 tbsp garlic minced
- 4 cups chicken broth low-sodium
- 12 oz egg noodles wide, uncooked
Instructions
- Place diced chicken in an even layer in the slow cooker.
- Mix melted butter with garlic and pour over the chicken.
- Add chicken broth and gently stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2.5 hours until chicken is tender.
- Season with salt and plenty of black pepper to taste.
- Add egg noodles, pressing them into the broth so they are mostly submerged.
- Cook on HIGH for 20–30 minutes, stirring once, until noodles are tender.
- Serve warm once noodles are soft and coated in the buttery sauce.
