Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In the slow cooker, combine the cooked beef, marinara sauce, uncooked pasta, and Italian seasoning. Stir to mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours, or until the pasta is tender.
About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top. Cover and let the cheese melt.
Serve hot and enjoy the comforting flavors of this simple yet satisfying dish.
Notes
Use whole wheat or gluten-free pasta for a healthier or allergy-friendly version. Add red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
