Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb hot dogs sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 cans baked beans 15 oz each, undrained
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar packed, adjust to taste
  • cooking spray or oil for slow cooker

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray or oil.
  • Add sliced hot dogs to the slow cooker. Pour in baked beans with their liquid.
  • In a small bowl, mix ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar. Pour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until heated through and thickened.
  • Stir well before serving. Adjust flavor with extra mustard or a splash of vinegar if desired.

Notes

For a smokier flavor, use smoked sausage instead of hot dogs. Add diced onions or bell peppers for extra texture.
