Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag frozen diced hash brown potatoes 32 oz
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz can
  • 4 cups chicken broth low sodium recommended
  • 8 oz cream cheese cut into cubes and softened

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen hash brown potatoes, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth to a slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
  • Add the cream cheese, stir well, and cook for another 15–20 minutes until melted and soup is creamy.
  • Stir again and serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, bacon bits, or green onions.

Notes

Try blending part of the soup for a smoother texture, or swap cream of chicken for cream of mushroom for a vegetarian version.
