Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter cubed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • flaky salt pinch, optional
  • vanilla extract splash, optional

Instructions
 

  • Grease the slow cooker.
  • Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 1 hour without stirring.
  • Stir and continue cooking, stirring every 20–30 minutes until smooth.
  • Stir in salt and vanilla if using.
  • Keep warm or cool and store.

Notes

Add peanut butter or use dark chocolate for variation and deeper flavor.
