Instructions
Grease the slow cooker.
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 1 hour without stirring.
Stir and continue cooking, stirring every 20–30 minutes until smooth.
Stir in salt and vanilla if using.
Keep warm or cool and store.
Notes
