Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1/2 cup honey local honey if possible
  • 4 cloves garlic minced; jarred is fine

Instructions
 

  • Lay the pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker. It’s fine if they overlap a little.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the honey and minced garlic until combined.
  • Pour the honey garlic mixture over the pork chops, spreading it evenly with a spoon.
  • Cover the slow cooker with the lid. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the pork chops are very tender.
  • Carefully remove the pork chops and spoon the sauce over the top before serving.

Notes

If you like a little kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the honey garlic mixture. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes to soak up that delicious sauce.
