These slow cooker pork chops are the epitome of easy comfort food. With just three simple ingredients — pork chops, honey, and garlic — you’ll have a tender, flavorful dinner that practically cooks itself. Perfect for busy days when you want something hearty with minimal fuss.
Lay the pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker. It’s fine if they overlap a little.
In a small bowl, stir together the honey and minced garlic until combined.
Pour the honey garlic mixture over the pork chops, spreading it evenly with a spoon.
Cover the slow cooker with the lid. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the pork chops are very tender.
Carefully remove the pork chops and spoon the sauce over the top before serving.
Notes
If you like a little kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the honey garlic mixture. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes to soak up that delicious sauce.
