Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 1 box herb-seasoned stuffing mix 6 oz, dry
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz, undiluted

Instructions

  • Lightly spray the inside of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place the pork chops flat in the bottom of the slow cooker, keeping them mostly in a single layer.
  • In a bowl, stir together the dry herb-seasoned stuffing mix and undiluted cream of chicken soup.
  • Spoon the stuffing mixture evenly over the pork chops, spreading it to the edges.
  • Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours, or on high for 2 1/2–3 hours, until the pork reaches 145°F and is tender.
  • Avoid lifting the lid during cooking so the heat stays steady and the stuffing sets properly.
  • Remove the lid and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Do not add extra liquid; the pork releases enough moisture as it cooks. Use thicker chops for the best texture.
