Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz sirloin steak thinly sliced
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • to taste salt

Instructions
 

  • Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the sliced steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add remaining olive oil and butter, then sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and black pepper until melted and smooth.
  • Add the cooked pasta and steak to the sauce. Toss well to coat evenly.
  • Top with crumbled Gorgonzola and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra depth, deglaze the skillet with a splash of white wine before adding cream.
