Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil until lightly coated.
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Melt butter and mix with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Drizzle over potatoes and sprinkle with salt.
Roast 45–60 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and caramelized.
Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Add cayenne for heat or use maple syrup instead of brown sugar for a richer flavor.
