Raspberry Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups raspberry preserves
  • 2 sleeves round butter crackers
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix together cheese, mayo, pecans, and green onions until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x9-inch baking dish or 9-inch pie plate.
  • Evenly spread raspberry preserves over the top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve with butter crackers and enjoy!
