Ingredients
  

  • 46 oz pineapple juice one large can
  • 2-3 cans Sprite or any lemon-lime soda
  • 3-4 cups cold water
  • 1 cup Countrytime Lemonade mix adjust to taste
  • 1-2 fresh lemons optional, for garnish and extra zing
  • 1 fresh pineapple optional, for garnish and flavor
  • as needed ice to chill and slightly dilute

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher (2-quarts or larger), pour 3 to 4 cups of cold water. Use 3 cups for a sweeter drink or 4 cups for a lighter taste.
  • Add 1 cup of Countrytime Lemonade mix to the water. Stir until completely dissolved to form the lemonade base.
  • Pour in the entire 46-ounce can of pineapple juice for a bold flavor, or 3/4 of the can for a milder taste. Stir thoroughly to combine.
  • Pour in 2 to 3 cans of Sprite (or another lemon-lime soda). Stir gently to combine, starting with 2 cans and adding more to taste.
  • Fill the pitcher with ice cubes to chill the drink and slightly dilute the sweetness. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and pineapple chunks for added flavor and visual appeal.
  • Pour the Pineapple Lemonade into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon or pineapple, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of lemonade mix or pineapple juice. For an adult twist, add a splash of rum or vodka to individual glasses.
