Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

These buttery, cheesy biscuit bombs are stuffed with gooey mozzarella and brushed with a savory garlic butter glaze. Perfect as an appetizer, party snack, or side dish, they come together quickly using Pillsbury biscuit dough and bake into golden, pull-apart bites of flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands! flaky layer biscuits (8-count)
  • 8 pieces mozzarella cheese cubed, about 1-inch each
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate the biscuits and flatten each one slightly with your hands.
  • Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit and fold the dough around it, pinching to seal.
  • Arrange the sealed balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt.
  • Brush the butter mixture generously over each dough ball.
  • Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

Try adding a sprinkle of grated Parmesan on top before baking for extra flavor.
