Ingredients
  

  • 1 small green cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 0.5 cup beef broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish.
  • Spread sliced cabbage evenly in the dish.

  • Scatter beef in small clumps over cabbage.
