Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can crushed pineapple 20 oz, drained
  • 1 container whipped topping 8 oz, thawed (like Cool Whip)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish to form the crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and whipped topping until fully combined.
  • Spread the pineapple cream mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For extra texture, sprinkle chopped pecans or toasted coconut on top before chilling.
