mayonnaise

whole milk

red onion, diced

fresh parsley, finely chopped

A pinch of paprika
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth and evenly combined.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
Serve with crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For extra flair, garnish with extra parsley or a sprinkle of paprika just before serving.
