Jarlsberg Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • A pinch of paprika

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth and evenly combined.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
  • Serve with crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For extra flair, garnish with extra parsley or a sprinkle of paprika just before serving.
