liquid smoke

paprika

garlic powder

brown sugar, divided
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Slice hot dogs into thirds or quarters and place in the prepared dish.
Top hot dogs with BBQ sauce, mustard, and liquid smoke. Toss to coat evenly.
In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup of the brown sugar. Sprinkle mixture over hot dogs.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar on top, increase temperature to 400°F, and bake for 10-15 more minutes until caramelized.
Serve warm with your favorite deli or picnic sides.
Notes
Try brushing with extra BBQ sauce right before serving for a glossy finish!
