Greek Marinated Cheese Plate

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz block feta cheese
  • 8 oz block cream cheese
  • 8 oz block mozzarella
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 zest lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place cream cheese in freezer while prepping other ingredients.
  • Whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, dill, red pepper flakes, oregano, and black pepper.
  • Slice feta and mozzarella into 1/4-inch thick squares. Slice cream cheese to match.
  • Arrange cheeses in alternating layers in an 11x7-inch dish.
  • Pour marinade over cheese slices.
  • Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
  • Let come to room temperature before serving. Serve with pita, crackers, or bread.

Notes

Try using marinated olives or sun-dried tomatoes alongside the cheese for a heartier platter.
