Instructions
Beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth.
Fold in the whipped heavy cream.
Add the drained crushed pineapple, slightly thawed and chopped frozen strawberries or raspberries, and drained mandarin oranges.
Mix in the chopped pecans and halved maraschino cherries.
Toss the sliced bananas in the juice of 1 lemon to prevent browning, then fold them into the mixture.
Spread the mixture into a 9x13-inch pan, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes, then cut into squares.
