Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages cream cheese 8 oz each, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup carrots chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Add carrots, celery, and green onion to a food processor and pulse a few times until veggies are finely chopped but not pureed.
  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, pulsed vegetables, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container or jar and chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator and use within 7–10 days. This spread is wonderful as a dip for crackers or fresh veggies, or spread over bagels and sandwiches.
