French Onion Chicken Bake
Chicken breasts baked under a creamy French onion sauce and a blanket of melted Swiss cheese. Four ingredients, one dish.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 container (16 oz) French onion dip
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- fried onions optional, for topping
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 dish.
- Season the chicken lightly with salt and pepper and lay it in the dish.
- Stir the onion dip and cream together and spread over the chicken.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Lay the Swiss cheese on top and bake 8 to 10 minutes more, until melted and bubbling and the chicken is 165°F.
- Top with fried onions if you like and serve.
