Instructions
Add the hulled strawberries, cold water, granulated sugar, and lemon juice to a blender.
Blend until smooth and fully combined.
Taste and adjust the sweetness with more sugar if desired.
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve for a smoother juice, or leave unstrained for a thicker drink.
Pour over ice if desired and serve chilled.
Notes
