Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries hulled
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup ice optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the hulled strawberries, cold water, granulated sugar, and lemon juice to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and fully combined.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness with more sugar if desired.
  • Strain through a fine-mesh sieve for a smoother juice, or leave unstrained for a thicker drink.
  • Pour over ice if desired and serve chilled.

Notes

Use honey or maple syrup instead of sugar for a different sweetness. Add mint leaves for a fresh flavor boost.
