heavy cream

sun-dried tomatoes
oil-packed, drained and chopped

Parmesan cheese
grated

Italian seasoning

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
Pat chicken dry and place in dish. Season with half the salt and pepper.
Mix cream, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, seasoning, garlic, oil, remaining salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Pour sauce over chicken evenly.
Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15–20 minutes more until fully cooked.
Optional: broil briefly for browning.
Rest 5 minutes and serve with sauce spooned over.
Notes
Serve over pasta or rice. Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor and texture.
