Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
Press firmly into pan to form crust and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
Whisk egg yolks and condensed milk until smooth.
Add lemon juice gradually, whisking until thickened.
Pour filling over cooled crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes until set but slightly soft in center.
Cool completely, then chill before slicing.
Notes
Add lemon zest for extra brightness or dust with powdered sugar before serving.
