Ingredients
  

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp butter melted and cooled

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch pan.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  • Press firmly into pan to form crust and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Whisk egg yolks and condensed milk until smooth.
  • Add lemon juice gradually, whisking until thickened.
  • Pour filling over cooled crust and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until set but slightly soft in center.
  • Cool completely, then chill before slicing.

Notes

Add lemon zest for extra brightness or dust with powdered sugar before serving.
