  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup green olives finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive brine
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Stir in the finely chopped green olives and olive brine.
  • Add the garlic powder and black pepper.
  • Mix until smooth, creamy, and evenly combined.

Notes

Use pimento-stuffed olives for classic flavor. For a smoother spread, blend everything in a food processor.
