Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix 1 packet
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch size
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with ranch seasoning until well combined.
  • Add in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions if using. Stir until fully mixed.
  • Divide the filling evenly among the tortillas, spreading it in an even layer over each one.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for easier slicing.
  • Once chilled, slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels and serve cold or at room temperature.

Notes

Try using rotisserie chicken for quicker prep, or swap tortillas with low-carb wraps if desired.
