picked over for shells

celery

butter

mayonnaise

sour cream

breadcrumbs
preferably panko

Old Bay seasoning

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onion and celery until softened, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, mix shrimp, crab, sautéed vegetables, mayonnaise, sour cream, 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Transfer mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce or diced jalapeños to the mix.
