  • Razor blade scraper (optional, for tough baked-on spots)
  • Warm water
  • Protective gloves (if your skin’s sensitive)

Instructions

  • Wait until your stove top is completely cool before starting the cleaning process.
  • Use a dry microfiber cloth to sweep up any crumbs or any loose debris on the stovetop.
  • Fill your spray bottle with plain white vinegar and spay it evenly on the stovetop.
  • Sprinkle a light layer of baking soda on top of the vinegar. Watch for the fizzing reaction which shows it's starting to work.
  • Leave the mixture to sit and work its magic for about 15 minutes to soften any stuck-on grime.
  • Use a damp microfiber cloth or soft sponge to wipe away all the baking soda and vinegar paste. Rinse and wring the cloth out a few times.
  • Utilize a razor blade scraper for stubborn spots. Gently scrape at the spot's edge to lift it. Always scrape with patience and ensure gentleness to avoid new scratches.
  • Wipe surface one more time with a damp cloth. Afterwards, switch to a dry microfiber towel to polish until it gleams.
