Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 16.3 oz, cut into quarters
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk whole or 2%
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread the quartered biscuit pieces evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
  • Sprinkle crumbled bacon and 1 cup of the shredded cheese over the biscuits.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over the biscuit mixture.
  • Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until eggs are set and top is golden.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Swap bacon for cooked sausage or add sautéed bell peppers for extra color and flavor.
