Christmas Crack Snack Mix
A sweet and salty holiday snack mix of cereal, pretzels, peanuts and candy coated in white chocolate. No baking and ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 5 cups rice or corn square cereal
- 3 cups mini pretzels
- 2 cups salted peanuts
- 2 cups red and green candy-coated chocolates
- 24 oz white chocolate melting wafers or almond bark
- holiday sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment.
- Stir the cereal, pretzels and peanuts together in a very large bowl.
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate over the mix and fold gently until everything is coated.
- Fold in the candies, then spread the mix on the pans. Add sprinkles.
- Let it set for 30 minutes, then break into pieces.
