These Chicken Crescent Rolls are a warm, cheesy, and comforting handheld meal or appetizer. Filled with shredded chicken, cream cheese, and melty cheddar, they’re wrapped in flaky crescent dough and baked to golden perfection. Great for quick dinners, party snacks, or using up leftover chicken.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 8 oz each refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 egg beaten, for brushing (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  • Spoon a heaping tablespoon of chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up towards the point.
  • Place rolls on the baking sheet, brush with beaten egg if desired, and bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Try adding chopped green onions or a dash of hot sauce to the filling for extra flavor.
